Definition of Problem: The regulator needed a firm to work with on synthesizing and implementing a major advocacy programme on the regulator’s new risk-based supervision methodology towards ensuring maximum understanding, buy-in and compliance by operators.
Result: We successfully developed and rolled out the programme over a one-year period.
Risk Software Sale & Deployment

Definition of Problem: Clients needed to deploy state-of-the-art credit, market and operational risk software with capacity for risk identification and measurement, and risk capital analysis and reporting.
Result: Software deployment is currently in various stages of implementation.

Definition of Problem: Clients needed to put in place Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
Result: We successfully developed enduring ERM frameworks including policies, processes and software advisory in several cases. In some cases, we monitored implementation.

Scope: Client wanted to achieve a streamlining and harmonization of the operations and culture of the three merging institutions
Result: With extensive commitment over several months, the project was successfully completed.
Country Strategy
Client: Sovereign client through one of its key financial sector regulators.
Scope: The country needed to define a financial sector strategy.
Result: Over an extensive period of time and working with close support of global multilateral agencies, we successfully participated by leading one of the sector teams in crafting a financial sector strategy for the client.
Sector Analysis
Client: Major International Multinational Agency
Scope: To facilitate their operations, project included a ten-year historical and projected evaluation of the financial services industry.
Result: This included extensive macroeconomic analysis, literature reviews and research. Report was concluded and submitted.
State Medium-Term Sector Strategy (MTSS)
Clients: Leading State Government
Scope: The state government needed to develop a detailed 4-year strategy.
Result: This very extensive project involves developing Strategic intents and detailed 4-year Action Plan for each of the state’s 55 ministries, departments and agencies, as well as quarterly monitoring and reporting on the implementation of these action plans
