 Leadership Cathy is a Harvard graduate. She holds other degrees from the George Washington University, the New York University and Minnesota State University. Cathy has built overwhelming experience in Investment Banking and particularly in the bonds and derivatives market through her profile career on Wall Street. She was former Managing Director of Nomura Securities International Inc., New York (the US subsidiary of the then world’s  largest investment bank), former Vice-President, Shaerson-Lehman Inc. (a then subsidiary of American Express), New York and was also President/CEO, Capital Market Strategies Inc., New York. As Director, Commercial Mortgage Finance, she was involved in structuring and supervising all commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities transactions. She was also responsible for establishing Nomura Asset Capital Corporation and Nomura Asset Securities Corporation.

 LeadershipA specialist in Treasury, Risk and Human Resource Management, Eileen has an MBA in Finance and Investments from the George Washington University, Washington DC. She started her banking career in 1982 with an affiliate of First National Bank of Chicago (International Merchant Bank Plc, Lagos) working for several years as a Lender, then in Correspondent Banking where she was responsible for managing several of the bank’s European and American banking relationships. She was later Head, International Treasury Department and then Head, Financial Advisory. As founder/CEO of H. Pierson, she has led numerous landmark consulting deals with regulators and high profile clients. Among numerous international trainings such as at the Havard Business School, she was on attachment to Mellon Bank Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for several months. She is a Regional Director of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
